Ingredients

  • handful ice cubes
  • 50ml Scotch whisky
  • 300ml pear cider, chilled
  • ½ a ripe pear, cut in half and thinly sliced, keeping the end intact to make a fan
  • 1 small mint sprig, leaves picked
If you don't have any pears, try using apples

Method
