Ingredients

  • 25g cocoa powder
  • 60g caster sugar
  • 850ml milk
  • 100g classic 74% dark chocolate, chopped

Method

  1. Whisk the cocoa powder and caster sugar into 50ml milk until dissolved.
  2. Pour the remaining milk into a pan, add the chocolate mixture and bring to the boil.
  3. Chop the dark chocolate and place nearly all of it into a mug.
  4. Pour over the boiling milk and sprinkle with the leftover chocolate to serve.
