Ingredients

  • 1 pork loin steak, excess fat trimmed and cut into 1cm strips
  • 2 tbsp reduced-salt soy sauce
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil​
  • ½ 320g pack pepper stir-fry mix
  • 300g pack fresh egg noodles
If you haven't got any egg noodles, try using pasta like spaghetti instead

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok over a high heat. Add the pork and fry for 5-6 mins until opaque and cooked throughout. Add the soy sauce. 
  2. Add the stir-fry mix and noodles to the pan, toss to combine and cook for 5 mins until piping hot.
