Ingredients

  • 400g tin rice pudding
  • 60g mincemeat
  • 2 shorties biscuits, roughly crumbled
  • finely grated zest ½ orange

Method

1. Put the rice pudding into a microwave safe bowl and dollop over the mincemeat. Loosely cover the top with a microwave safe plate and microwave for 1 min. Gently stir, then microwave for another 30-45 secs until piping hot. Pour into two bowls and scatter with orange zest and crumbled biscuits.
