Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, halved and cut into ribbons
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped
  • pinch caster sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine the cucumber, vinegar, garlic, chilli and sugar. Set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Drizzle over the sesame oil and serve.

Serve with Braised sweet and sour spare ribs and Steamed rice with toasted sesame seeds and coriander.
