Ingredients

  • 400g Tesco frozen mango chunks
  • 100ml white rum
  • 50ml Cointreau
  • 150ml Tesco Orange & Mango Juice
  • 2 limes, 1 juiced and 1 cut into slices
  • sprig mint, to serve
If you don't have any limes, try a lemon instead

Method

  1. Place the mango, rum, Cointreau, orange and mango juice and lime juice in a high-powered blender. Whizz until smooth.
  2. Pour the slushie into 2 margarita-style cocktail glasses and garnish with a sprig of mint and slice of lime. Serve immediately.
