Tired of messing up your bakes thanks to inexpert cake tin lining? We're here to help with this handy little guide on the best way to line a round cake tin.
Draw around the base onto baking paper and cut it out. Cut a strip that’s 5cm taller to go around the tin.
Make a fold 3cm along one long edge of the strip, then make a series of small cuts up to the fold.
Grease the tin and stick the long paper strip to the inside, so the edge with the cuts is at the bottom.
Press into the edges of the tin, then top with the circle for the base.
