We've given everyone's favourite breakfast item an Italian twist in this hash brown pizza recipe. These are topped with ham, sweetcorn and olives, but you can use whatever ingredients you have in your kitchen. Kids will love these as a light lunch or snack. See method

1. Cook hash browns according to pack instructions. When they have 5 mins to go, remove from the oven and use a potato masher to gently squash them down, ensuring they aren’t touching. Finish cooking, then remove from the oven.
2. Preheat the grill to high. Spread tomato sauce on the hash browns and top with mozzarella, Italian seeds and spice blend and basil or go for toppings of your choice, such as ham, sweetcorn and black olives. Place under the grill for 2-3 mins until the cheese is melted. Allow to cool slightly, as they will be very hot, then enjoy!
