Ingredients

  • 150g Manchego, thinly sliced
  • 100g Serrano ham slices
  • 125g Tesco 'Ready To Eat' figs
  • parsley leaves, to garnish
  • a few pinches of paprika, to garnish
  • cocktail sticks

Method

  1. Cut the slices of ham in half, then arrange slices of Manchego in the centre of each slice. Carefully top the cheese with 1-2 figs, depending on size. Roll the ham up into cylinders so that the figs are at the centre of the canapés.
  2. Secure through the middle with the cocktail sticks. Arrange on a serving platter and garnish with the parsley leaves and pinches of paprika sprinkled on top.
