Ingredients

  • 1 peppermint infusion tea bag
  • 25ml apple juice
  • 150ml low-calorie soda water with lime
  • fresh mint sprigs, to garnish (optional)
  • lime wedges, to garnish (optional)
If you don't have any limes, try a lemon instead

Method

  1. Make up the peppermint tea to pack instructions; leave to cool.
  2. Pour the apple juice into a tall glass, then stir in 50ml of the cooled peppermint tea. Top up with the soda water, fill up with ice cubes, then stir to combine.
  3. Serve with the mint sprigs and lime wedges, if you like.

Tip: Swap some of the soda water for a dash of ginger beer to create a slightly fiery flavour twist.
