Try this sweet take on a classic pizza, swapping savoury toppings for chocolate spread, mini marshmallows, peanuts, leftover Easter eggs and fresh sliced strawberries. See method

Ingredients

  • 2 x sourdough bases
  • 6 tbsp (120g) hazelnut chocolate spread
  • 20g pink and white mini marshmallows
  • 50g leftover Easter egg, broken
  • 15g plain peanuts
  • 50g mini eggs, chopped
  • 2 strawberries, sliced

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and put the pizza bases on top. Bake for 5 mins.
  2. Spread the warm bases with the hazelnut chocolate spread, leaving roughly a 1cm border.
  3. Scatter over the mini marshmallows, broken Easter egg, peanuts and mini eggs. Return to the oven for another 4-5 mins until the marshmallows are beginning to melt and the peanuts are lightly toasted.
  4. Scatter with the strawberry slices and serve.
