Tip: To make chocolate-flavoured biscuits substitute 25g of the plain flour from the biscuit mix with 25g of cocoa powder.
Freezing and defrosting instructions
Freeze the cut-out but uncooked biscuits on a baking tray until solid, then transfer to a sealed container and freeze for up to 1 month. Bake from frozen and cook for a few minutes longer or until lightly golden. Store the decorated biscuits in an airtight container for 1 week.
