Make your kids a lunchbox that really has it all – creamy tuna and cream cheese wrapped up with crisp lettuce, chicken and veg skewers and sweet apple and honey rounds. This is sure to be a hit at lunch time. See method
of the reference intake Carbohydrate 45g Protein 24g Fibre 8.7g
In a bowl, mix the tuna, 3 tbsp soft cheese and the lemon zest and juice. Lay out 2 wholemeal wraps and divide the tuna mixture between them. Top with the lettuce, then roll into wraps.
Spread 1 tsp soft cheese over the apple rings and drizzle with the honey. Thread the cucumber rounds, chicken and cherry tomatoes onto lolly sticks. Pack each lunchbox with the wraps, lolly ‘skewers’ and 4 apple rings.
Cook's tip: Sandwich the apple rings together to make them easier to transport.
