The bacon sarnie is given a glow-up in this breakfast naan. Stuffed with crispy streaky bacon, Cheddar and fried eggs, just add a dollop of chilli jam for extra deliciousness. See method

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic naans
  • 6 slices streaky bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 20g Cheddar
  • 4 tbsp 50% less fat soft cheese
  • 1 tbsp chilli jam
  • 1 green chilli, finely sliced
  • fresh coriander leaves, to serve
If you don't have any Cheddar, try using another hard cheese

Method

  1. Cook the naans to pack instructions.
  2. Dry fry the bacon in a frying pan over a medium high heat until crispy, about 3-4 mins.
  3. Move the bacon to the edge of the pan and drizzle in the oil. Crack the eggs in and fry for 3-4 mins until the edges start to go crispy.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Cheddar over the eggs.
  5. To serve spread the naans with cream cheese and dot over the chilli jam. Top with the crispy bacon and fried egg.
  6. Garnish with green chilli and fresh coriander leaves. Slice in half to eat.
