This tasty recipe is cooked in one tray in the oven. By adding the couscous and stock to the same tray as the chicken and veg, it takes on all the delicious flavours. See our tip on how this can be made in an air-fryer. See method

Tip: This can also be made in an air-fryer: air-fry the chicken, vegetables, oil and spices at 200°C for 20-25 mins, adding the orange slices for the last 5 mins. Mix the couscous and stock in a bowl; cover and leave to soak for 6-8 mins. Fluff up, then stir through the chicken.
