Use leftover butter chicken to make these cheesy pull-apart sliders. Ready in just 20 minutes, this quick dinner is great for weeknights. See method

1. Preheat the oven to gas 4, 180°C, fan 160°C.
2. Melt the butter in a small bowl in the microwave for 10 secs burst. Then stir in the chopped coriander. Set aside.
3. Slice buns in half and place the bottoms on a baking tray or dish. Spoon on the leftover butter chicken and cover with the mozzarella cheese. Add the bun tops and brush with the melted coriander butter.
4. Cover with foil and bake for 15 mins or until the cheese has melted.
