Ingredients

  • 250g oats
  • 50g (2oz) raisins
  • 50g dried apricots, chopped
  • 60g (2½oz) flaked almonds
  • 2 eating Rosedene Farms apples
  • 600ml skimmed milk
  • 100ml orange juice
  • juice of ½ Suntrail Farms lemon
  • 150g natural yogurt
  • fresh berries, to serve

Method

  1. Place the oats, raisins, apricots, almonds and grated apple into a large bowl and mix together. Pour in the milk, orange and lemon juice and mix again. Leave in the fridge overnight. Serve for breakfast with a dollop of natural yogurt and a few berries of your choice.
