3-ingredient triple chocolate and toffee cookies

Not only are these rich chocolate chip cookies hiding a gooey toffee centre, they're also super easy to make with just three ingredients. Finished with a sprinkling of salt, they've got that great balance of salty-sweet flavours for a treat anytime. There’s a handy ingredients list at the bottom of the page for everything you need.

  1. Shape the dough

Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. Cut a 300g pack ready to bake triple chocolate chip cookie dough into 8 slices, flattening each piece slightly with your palm.

    Shape the dough
  2. Add the toffee centre

Place a toffee in the centre of each then bring the dough up around it to fully encase it. Roll into a ball and place on a lined baking tray, spaced 5cm apart as they will spread as they cook. Flatten the balls slightly again with your palm.

    Add the toffee centre
  3. Bake

Bake for 10 mins until just firm to the touch. Transfer the cookies (still on the paper) to a wire rack to cool for 5 mins.

    Bake
  4. Serve

Sprinkle with a little sea salt to serve. Best eaten warm on the day they’re made but will keep in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
