  • 3 tbsp icing sugar
  • 10 Tesco gingerbread men
  • 5 glacé cherries, roughly chopped

Method

1. Mix the icing sugar with ½ tbsp water until smooth. The mix should be thick enough to pipe. If it’s too thick, add a splash more water, or if it’s too thin, stir in more icing sugar until you reach the desired consistency.

2. Spoon the icing into a small piping bag fitted with a 2mm circular nozzle. Lay the gingerbread men upside-down on a chopping board and pipe the features of a reindeer, using the legs as antlers, arms for ears and face for the reindeer facial features.

3. Stick a glacé cherry onto the face for a red nose.
